Aubright recently added the following equipment to increase throughput and overall capacity.
Wide-Belt Forming Tunnel Oven
The addition of this new Wide-Belt Forming Tunnel Oven brings the total to 3 at their state of the art facility. These ovens accommodate part sizes up to 60” wide by virtually any length allowing for extreme versatility in the type and size of plastic sheets that can be formed and finished parts that can be produced. The addition of this equipment adds to throughput and overall capacity while continuing to maintain the quality that customers have come to expect from Aubright.
Three-Station Rotary Vacuum Former
Aubright also added another MAAC Comet Three-Station Rotary Vacuum Former, the second now available at their expanding Aubright North facility. This state of the art former allows for projects up to 60” x 96” overall size. The MAAC Comet Rotary Machines continue to be recognized as the most efficient formers in the industry.
DMS 5-Axis Router
Aubright added to their router capacity bringing another DMS 5-Axis Router to join the other two already in production. This most recent addition complements other Aubright strengths with 12 tool changers, a twin table and allowing sheets up to 60” x 72” to be trimmed down – providing extreme flexibility to produce a variety of projects. The Diversified Machine Systems line of 5-Axis Routers is noted for its superior durability and repeatability, as well as its high standard of consistent quality.
