The Situation

A leading manufacturer of gatherer snouts and other accessories for the agriculture industry needed a specialized component made of reflective material. Very importantly, the component had to be designed and manufactured to fit within their rotational molding process.

The Solution

Our materials experts worked closely with this customer to fabricate a plastic component with reflective qualities. With our CNC routing technology, we were able to trim the plastic pieces to the exact specifications needed for their manufacturing process.
