Prototyping and CNC Machining

We provide in-house tooling and support mold fabrication for prototype development. Our 3D printing capabilities support rapid prototyping and faster design iteration. We produce 3D printed models up to 1200 x 600 x 640 mm for engineering evaluation, display, or demonstration.

For production, we offer CNC machining and plastic thermoforming. Our CNC equipment includes 5-axis routers capable of processing materials such as acrylic, polycarbonate, and PVC. CNC machining supports repeatable manufacturing of complex three-dimensional parts while reducing material waste.

Printing, Polishing, and Finishing Capabilities

We offer finishing services, including printing, polishing, and edge smoothing. Digital and screen printing processes support color matching to customer specifications. UV coatings are available to improve durability and color retention for products used in outdoor environments.

Our facility includes small, medium, and large-format screen print presses, supporting print sheets up to 48 x 96 inches. Additional capabilities include laser cutting and laser engraving.

Assembly Services

We provide in-house assembly for metal and plastic components as part of integrated manufacturing projects. After fabrication, assemblies are prepared for installation, further processing, or distribution. Assembly services include:

Assemblies may integrate plastic, metal, and other materials within a single finished product. During assembly, we perform buffing and custom edge finishing to remove sharp edges and improve handling safety.

Quality Control

Using a single fabrication provider improves efficiency and supports consistent product quality by reducing miscommunication. We apply quality control and quality assurance measures throughout production to ensure components meet design specifications.
